Meridith Moldenhauer practices in the areas of corporate entity formation , property investments and development , zoning, and land use.

She focuses on all phases of condominium conversions, including the purchase of land, loan financing, zoning, permitting, commercial leasing, contracts and agreements of all types.

In addition, Meredith works closely with developers, architects, contractors, property owners and tenants in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real estate. Based on her business background, Meridith counsels clients on creating strategic programs to cultivate, manage, and maximize real estate investments.
