Sonia Mittal focuses her practice on real estate transactions, zoning, business and corporate law, Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial leasing, contracts and agreements of all types.

Though early in her professional career, Sonia has experience in both a transactional law practice as well as litigation.  Her background in taxation makes her thorough, precise, and allows her to provide advice and representation that aims to minimize tax liabilities, while being cognizant of the client’s particular business and legal needs.
